Nothing much to report tonight. It was a crazy busy day at the preschool. That place can wear me out! I find it interesting that I managed a busy fish restaurant during Lent and never felt as tired as I do at the preschool. I guess that's a lot of emotions to absorb on a daily basis. Let me tell you teachers are so underpaid! But another topic, another time.
My original plan was to do some baking this evening but the quick cold front that brought snow today has affected my fibromyalgia. Evil pain in my neck (literally and elsewhere)!
I did a little genealogy work for my 95 year old grandmother this evening.Sad to say I did not find any new information. I think I'm at the point of leg work now. My Cherokee roots still elude me but I am determined to find the story. Somewhere I will uncover this mystery. You know what's interesting about tracing one's genealogy is that you highly romanticize the people while researching. For example, I discovered my 3x great grandfather died in the Civil War. How brave he must have been, I think. And then BAM I discovered he died from chronic diarrhea. In no way is this considered a romantic out of the pages of novel of a young man who dies for his beliefs. Oh well, such is real life.
See you again on my road to happiness!
